History CTSC History/Schedules Places we have been... 2001-Schedule
2002-Schedule Returned to Red Lodge, MT where enrollment doubled.Christie Southern Baptist church, Westville, OK Church near the Cherokee Indian nation. Church had 20 active members. By end of summer and after camp, averaged 80 in services. During Christie Camp, I felt the urge of God to grow CTSC and become a Not for Profit organization. This was confirmed through others who knew nothing of my feelings. A lady had the perfect attendance program set up (I had tried to get others to do it but no one quite understood. She had the expertise and the discernment to do it exact without my even telling her what I desired) Another woman said she was ready to go wherever God was sending me as my aid. (She felt God was growing a bigger camp organization again with out my telling anyone my thoughts and feelings about growth) End of the week, one of the team members came to me to say, I have been looking for a place to HONOR my late husband and CTSC is the place. It must continue and grow Arrival home and coming week I went on a silent retreat with the Lord. Alone with HIM. There He gave me the concepts, ideas, people, etc. for the Larger and legal Mission organization, Cross Training Sports Camp. I spoke with my MOM, Ann Pryer form OK and Jim Daniel, KY and asked for prayer before I began my Retreat. Elton was supportive 100%. My enthusiasm was hard to contain. Following the Silent retreat, I began making plans for a fall reunion of all interested persons and past team members. That meeting was held on, at 3350 Little Circle, our lake home and place of silent retreat. Many people came out to hear the story and make plans for the future. From that meeting, CTSC was borne. Board was elected. Advisers were gathered. Funds were recruited .Papers were assembled and we were on our way. 2003 Schedule:
